Policies

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one week before the event.

• Changes to bookings (such as rescheduling, guest totals and add-ons) must be made before final payment has been received.

• No shows on the day of the scheduled event are non-refundable.

 

2. Cleaning & Damage

• Please ensure the equipment is returned free of stains, food, and debris.

• Clients are responsible for any damages or loss of equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.

• A $75 damage deposit will be added upon final party payment. It will be returned to client after party supplies are checked the day following the party.

 

3. Equipment Use & Safety

• Our rentals are designed for indoor use. Outdoor setups are allowed only with prior approval and in suitable weather conditions.

• Our equipment is intended for children aged 5 and up. Adult supervision is required at all times.

• Do not allow children to climb on or misuse the equipment.

• Under no circumstances, should an infant be allowed near the rental setups, especially on the air mattresses.

• Do not allow pets on the mattresses (to avoid punctures).

 

4. Allergen Information

• While we strive to use materials free of common allergens and use hypoallergenic cleaning supplies and detergents, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please notify us of any specific concerns.

 

5. Photography & Marketing

• We may take photos and videos of our setups for promotional use. No identifiable images of children or guests will be shared without prior consent.

 

6. Weather & Unexpected Events

• Dream Away Soirée is not liable for cancellations or delays due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in or around the rental tents. If evidence of smoking is found prior to equipment setup, the party will be cancelled. If evidence of smoking is found upon pickup of equipment, the $75 security deposit will be forfeited and you will be fined an additional $100.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

• ​Dream Away Soirée is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the use of our equipment or services. By renting from us, you accept responsibility for supervising children and ensuring safe use of all equipment.
